J. Patrick Homes really builds some beautiful homes here in Summerwood. One of my favorite plans is called The Avalon mostly due to it’s design. Although we don’t have The Avalon as a completed home here in Summerwood, it is a model home in another J. Patrick Home community. I went out and took some video of The Avalon to help you get an idea of what this home feels like.
