William Woodard

I have been apart of the new home sales and construction industry for most of my life.  As a kid growing up I worked hand and hand with my father building and remodeling homes in Houston and San Antonio.  As an adult I found my passion as a sales professional and sales manager for new home builders.  I have been able to use my knowledge of construction, architectural design and land development to help over a thousand families with their home purchase.

Today I am proud to be apart of  J. Patrick Homes.  I truly believe that their business model, beautiful designs and custom changes offer today’s buyers an unmatched value in the new home market.   On a more personal note, I am a proud father of three beautiful young girls, a husband to a wonderful woman for the last 11 years and the caretaker of a scrappy dog who only seems to like me some of the time.
